Our Studio
Adrenaline Studio is a 7000-square-foot facility located at 289 Sunset Park Drive, Herndon, VA 20170. The space features 4 state-of-the-art studios with 22-foot ceilings for dance and acro classes, a spacious waiting area, a spirit wear shop, and plenty of parking. Our studios have professional-grade suspended Marley floors (which ease the pressure and impact on joints), wall-to-wall mirrors, wall-to-wall tumble mats, ballet barres, and premium sound systems.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide students with experiences that develop dance technique, self-esteem, confidence, a healthy competitive spirit, grit, and creativity. We cultivate grit by encouraging students to embrace passion and perseverance, pushing through obstacles to achieve their goals both in dance and beyond. Our highly trained instructors set a good example for students on and off the dance floor, constantly striving to master the latest trends and techniques in their genre of dance. Adrenaline fosters open communication between students, parents, and staff, ensuring everyone involved has a positive and enriching experience."
Our Classes
We provide an enthusiastic environment for dance instruction in the Northern Virginia area. With classes offered in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, pointe, and hip-hop; our professional and nurturing faculty is committed to providing a technically sound dance education to both the recreational dancer and the more serious students who are seeking a dance career.
We are dedicated to providing our students with a complete and technically sound education in dance. In addition to providing students the training to make them strong dancers, it is also our mission to build self-confidence, discipline, and teamwork to help them reach their life ambitions.
Our offerings include Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, and several industry-level drop-in classes.
Other forms of movement are also presented, including Acro, Tricking, and Poms. Adrenaline maintains a safe, professional, high-energy, and creative environment to provide students of all ages the opportunity to grow daily as dancers and as individuals.
Our Competitive Dance Programs
Adrenaline Studio is a Nationally Recognized leader in competitive dance. Adrenaline competes in several dance circuits: Star Dance Alliance, USASF, World Of Dance, Varsity, Prelude, Kaos, Monsters of Hip Hop, and more.
The competition team programs compete locally, regionally, and nationally to compete against the best in the sport at amazing venues.
We offer a diverse and innovative atmosphere that challenges, encourages, and trains dancers to be their personal best on and off the stage. We prioritize teamwork, focus, technique, discipline, responsibility, health and wellness, hard work, precision and high standards. Our dancers learn the true elements of "coachablity" which are transferable skills that go with them into college, and the professional world. Whether you go on to a college or professional dance career or simply go into the workforce, the skills you learn through the audition process to winning nationally are work and life skills that stay with you.
We believe in the well-rounded dancer through performance opportunities, mentoring, training, and responsibility by setting high standards. We believe all athletes have potential.
